Why Lisa
The clinician other injectors learn from.
Lisa trained as a dental hygienist (qualified 2003) and built a complete facial-aesthetics service on that medical foundation — GDC-registered and insured by a leading cosmetic insurer.
She runs the Facial Excellence academy, where medical and advanced-skincare professionals train with her in polynucleotides, JALUPRO®, WOW Fusion®, microneedling and peels — and she sits on the BACDP board. She attends conferences and masterclasses every year to stay current, and is one of few Essex stockists of PCA Skin and ZO Skin Health.

Will it hurt?
Most treatments are very tolerable. Numbing cream is applied before lip treatments, and skin needling is designed to create tiny micro-injuries without the pain. Comfort comes first.
Will I look obvious or overfilled?
No — the whole philosophy is to maintain faces rather than change them, for natural, graceful results rather than an overfilled look.
How long does it last?
Anti-wrinkle injections typically last 3–4 months, dermal fillers around 6 months, and collagen-stimulating treatments like Sculptra can last up to two years.
Can it be undone?
Hyaluronic-acid dermal fillers can be dissolved. Some treatments, such as Sculptra, cannot be reversed once injected — which is exactly why your consultation with Lisa matters so much.
What if I’ve never done this before?
You’re very welcome. Your first visit is judgment-free, starts with a full medical history, and moves at your pace. As one client put it: even feeling nervous, you’ll feel in safe hands.
Do I need to know the lingo?
Not at all. The consultation walks you through everything together — no question is a silly one.
