Clear, fair terms.
These terms apply when you enquire, book a consultation or have a treatment with Lisa Moore Therapy. They’re here to keep things simple and fair for everyone.
Consultations & suitability
Every treatment begins with a consultation. Some treatments — including any prescription-only medicine — can only proceed after you have been assessed in person and found suitable. We may recommend against a treatment, or suggest waiting, if we don’t believe it’s right for you, and we’ll always be honest about why.
Bookings & deposits
Some appointments may require a deposit to secure your time, which is put towards your treatment. Any deposit terms will be made clear to you at the time of booking.
Cancellations & lateness
We understand life happens. If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please give us as much notice as you can so the time can be offered to someone else. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may affect any deposit. If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to treat you, but the appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled for safety.
Results & aftercare
Aesthetic treatments are tailored to the individual, and results vary from person to person. We cannot guarantee a specific outcome. Following the aftercare advice you’re given is an important part of your result, and we’re always happy to answer questions as your skin settles.

Information on this website is for general guidance only and is not medical advice. Please share your full medical history at consultation, and speak to your GP about any medical concern. Treatments are carried out by a GDC-registered clinician, with thread treatments performed in CQC-registered premises.
